🧼 Product Care & Quality

How should I wash your apparel?

For best results, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve print quality.

Will the colors fade or shrink?

Our garments are pre-shrunk and garment-dyed when possible (like Comfort Colors®), but always follow care instructions to maintain color and fit.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save shipping info, and view your history.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?


Contact us immediately at contact@chicaurawear.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it. If it has, we’ll try to reroute it.
