🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags (if applicable)
  • Free of stains, perfumes, or damage

Final sale items, digital downloads, and personalized products are non-returnable.

🔄 Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or color:

  2. Include your order number and the item you want to exchange
  3. We’ll guide you through the next steps

We offer free exchanges if there’s a size issue or a defective item.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
